We provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service.
If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.
We take security very seriously. All payments are processed by Stripe, a certified Level 1 PCI Service Provider – the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
In addition, our booking page is secured by SSL and 256 bit security protocol. No credit card details are stored in our system, only an encrypted token that allows us to charge a card for scheduled automatic payments.
If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7-day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.
